About Us

History

The Scientific and Educational Center «Supercomputer Engineering Modeling and Software Development» (NOC «SIMPLEX») was established in June 2012 on the basis of the Department of Computational Mathematics and Mathematical Physics (FN‑11) at Bauman Moscow State Technical University. It is part of the Scientific and Educational Complex «Fundamental Sciences» at Bauman MSTU.

Main Objectives and Areas of Focus

The center’s primary objectives are to develop multiscale modeling technologies and to create domestic software for solving engineering problems in innovative industries using high‑performance computing technologies. The center actively works to implement advanced solutions across various sectors of Russian industry.

Team of Experts

The NOC «SIMPLEX» team consists of faculty members, researchers, postgraduate students, and undergraduates from the specialized Department FN‑11. This composition ensures a high level of expertise and innovation.

Our Future

The multiscale modeling technology developed at NOC is successfully applied to solve critical industrial challenges. The organization aims for continuous development and adoption of new technologies, maintaining a high standard of scientific research and educational activities. We are ready to meet new challenges and achieve further milestones in the field of supercomputer modeling and software development.
