Manipula/SMCM 4.0

The software package Manipula/SMCM 4.0 is designed for finite-element multiscale (micro-meso-macro) modeling of composite materials, composite structures, and their manufacturing processes, with pre- and post-processing capabilities and support for high-performance computing systems.
General Information
The Manipula/SMCM 4.0 software package is intended for finite-element multiscale modeling (micro-, meso-, and macro-levels) of composite materials, composite structures, and their manufacturing technologies.
It includes pre- and post-processing tools and supports calculations on distributed high-performance computing systems.
Key Features and Advantages
Manipula/SMCM 4.0 allows performing the full cycle of tasks arising in the design of composite material structures. Its functionality includes:
- Modeling the properties of composite materials (micro- and meso-analysis)
- Modeling composite structures (macro-analysis)
- Modeling the manufacturing processes of polymer composite structures
Manipula/SMCM 4.0 has its own graphical user interface, with key capabilities:
- Import of geometric models
Supports the most common formats of modern CAD systems - Cross-platform
Windows/Linux - Flexible computing
Allows calculations in different environments (CPU/GPU/MPI)
Mesh Generators: Includes built-in mesh generators, and also supports importing meshes (tetrahedra, prisms, pyramids, hexahedra) generated externally, including from ANSYS.
Multiplatform support: Calculations can be performed on multiprocessor computing systems based on various GPUs and CPUs of different architectures (including the domestic “Elbrus” CPUs).
Verification: The functionality of Manipula/SMCM 4.0 has been verified through comparative calculations performed with reference software (ANSYS).
License Cost
The software package Manipula/SMCM 4.0 is provided to organizations based on concluded license agreements.
The license cost depends on the chosen software architecture, the number of active users, duration, and level of technical support.
If you are interested in purchasing or testing Manipula/SMCM 4.0, please send a request specifying functional characteristics, cost, and timing to:
